1.1 Liner is an AI workspace that helps users save time on the web by solving even the most complex tasks.
1.2 By accessing and using the Service, user hereby READS, UNDERSTANDS, ACCEPTS, and AGREES to be bound by this Agreement's Terms. Should the user NOT accept these Terms, user must neither access nor otherwise use any part of the Service or the Content.
1.3 Your use of the Service is subject to the Terms of a legal agreement between you and Liner Corp.(including Liner Corp.'s subsidiary, LINER, Inc.). "Liner Corp.(referred to herein as "we," "us," "our" or "Liner")" means Liner Corp., whose principal place of business is at 8F, 140, Yanghwa-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea.
1.4 Your legal agreement with Liner is made up of (A) the Terms set out in this document, (B) Liner's Privacy Policy (https://privacy.getliner.com).
2.1 We may, at any time, revise these Terms. If we modify the Terms of Service, we will post the modification on our website, through Liner, or otherwise provide you with notice of the modification.
2.2 For your convenience, we include the effective date of the Agreement at the beginning of the document, so that you can easily ascertain whether it has been updated since the last time you viewed the Terms of Service.
2.3 Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms at the time of each use. If the modified Terms of Service are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using Liner. Notwithstanding the preceding sentences of this paragraph, no revisions to the Terms of Service will apply to any dispute between you and Liner that arose prior to the date of such revision.
3.1 You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use the Service. If you are under 18 you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Service.
3.2 By accessing, installing, downloading or using our Service, you confirm that (A) you are over 18 years old or (B) have permission to use the Service.
3.3 In order to access some features of the Service, you will have to create a Liner account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. If information that you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we retain the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your user account and your access to the Service. It is important that you must keep your Liner account password secure and confidential.
3.4 You may not share your account credentials or make your account available to anyone else and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you create an account or use the Service on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
